Fish soup

This exceptional soup is made by traditional methods on Yeu Island, a small French island located 17 km away from the Atlantic coast of Vendée (France). This soup is only made of fish, vegetal ingredients and spices.

Ingredients: water, rocky fish (48%), crabs and water spider (16%), tomato concentrate, leeks, white wine, bouquet garni, sunflower oil, garlic, onions, spices, sea salt.

Our fish soup can be eaten in all Montignac types of meal (M Carb, M Gourmand, M Light).
